Tuck had a great moment in the sun last year and this year has been full of every headwind imaginable and ultimately ends up a failure. But that's okay if failure is embraced as an opportunity to change things up and grow. I hope Mel is ready to define himself as a coach. HE gets to control how he is defined by his next moves and next season. Let's roll with him. Go green.
