Michigan State has received a commitment from Wisconsin transfer outside linebacker/edge rusher Anelu Lafaele.

He took a visit to East Lansing on Dec. 21 and Dec. 22.

The No. 1 Michigan State hockey team will travel to Grand Rapids to compete in the annual Great Lakes Invitational at Van Andel Arena, an event the Spartans came up short in last season and haven't won since 2009.

Class of 2026 four-star shooting guard Steven Reynolds III is at the Breslin Center today for Michigan State men's basketball's game against Western Michigan. Reynolds ranks as the No. 66 player in the 2026 cycle.

Breaking: The Michigan Panthers have signed quarterback Rocky Lombardi, one of their #UFL College Draft Picks. Lombardi played college football at Michigan State and Northern Illinois. He threw for 7,390 yards and 42 touchdowns throughout his career.
