Michigan State has secured the commitment of Kent State transfer wide receiver Chrishon McCray.

McCray received an offer from Michigan State on Dec. 9 and he visited campus on Dec. 12 and 13.

2026 LB Jacob Savage recently picked up an offer from Michigan State after a conversation with DC/LBs coach Joe Rossi.

Not only did she ruin these kids' lives, but I and other reporters caught hell for saying the facts did not add up.

This is just a small sample of 2 teams that rose from the ashes in one short year. Both were bottom feeders in 2023 but are in the play offs one year later.
What will MSU have to do to get similar progress? I think they will have to hit the portal hard but will have to do an excellent evaluation of the type of talent they will need in order to make a major jump.
The incoming recruits do not appear to be instant impact players so JS and the staff will need to do so in the portal.

No. 20 Michigan State will return to the Breslin Center for the first time in two weeks as they face off against the Florida Atlantic Owls. MSU comes into this matchup with a 9-2 record and on a four-game winning streak. The Spartans will look to improve to 10-2 on the season before the holiday break.

What is on the menu for Christmas?

Mine is a red wine braised short rib. Extensively braised, with plenty of aromatics and some cremini mushrooms.

Some home made mash and carrots cooked in the braising liquid.
