...after all of the disappointment this week, we still stand #10 in terms of Avg. Star Ranking at 3.67.
Importantly (to me), we have 3 studs on the OL with Wedin (Rivals #128), Dellinger (Rivals #211) and Slack (Rivals 3*/5.6, but ESPN 4* and #296).
That's not to mention guys like Jobe (Rivals #150), DePaepe (Rivals #156), Reescano (Rivals #174), Hall (#201), Bell (Rivals #220), Paracheck (Rivals 4*), Rucker (6'2" CB from Texas), Pleasant (6'0" CB from Florida), and Edmunson (QB from Texas with offers from the likes of PSU, Colorado, Oklahoma State and Pitt).
I get the recent disappointment, but let's be honest, we're WAY ahead of schedule on the field and in recruiting (when was the last class we had 7 Rivals Top 250 kids and all of the other talent included, at this stage in a recruiting year?). Still confident we're going to finish up just fine, and we're going very happy (well, most of us at least) with this class when all is said and done.
Still a long way to go until February 1. On to the next wave of recruiting for this class.
