Appreciate this site where open discussion and differences of opinion are tolerated. Some of the other sites have turned into full write Spartan sunshine or die. It is sickening.
Personally, I remain underwhelmed by our recruiting and frankly am concerned about too many portal recruits (again).
This is not the results a top 10 paid staff should be delivering (including a 5-7 record).
That being said, I am appreciative of the work the staff here is doing and am also appreciative of those who have optimism, as it is good to hear from all views.
