Bowl/Team Status

I am guessing CMT has a better on idea of the likelihood of making a bowl, but does anyone have insights on his confidence in making one? Perhaps whether the team is continuing team conditioning is an indicator. I would also think if he is holding exit meetings this week, confidence is low.
