What are people's opinion on this? I am not a fan of it at all and it may be a coincidence but I feel that on the field performance has dropped off, on both sides of the ball, since these changes have been made.

For all the great things Dantonio has done, nobody is perfect and I think his one blemish is the handling of Treadwell, then Roushar, and Narduzzi replacements. It is very hard to replace a Pat Narduzzi so one would naturally expect to feel that loss. On the other hand, we have had not one, but two chances to improve our offensive coordinator but it honestly has been a steady decline since we lost Enos ( I know he wasn't OC but his post MSU success suggests he was integral), then Treadwell. I think every person on the staff deserves a spot on the staff, Warner was a good QB coach, Special Teams and LB's were great under Tressel, and Barnett was fantastic with DB's, but as each has gotten pieces of additional responsibilities, performance of the O or D as a whole has declined.
