Contacting rivals

I have other team subscriptions (not MSU) that I would like to cancel. I just tried to follow Rivals on line "contact us" and failed miserably.

I know that information in the past has been posted here about how to cancel or adjust a rival's subscription. But I couldn't find any old threads. Would someone please be willing to give me some advice again?
