Could he just transfer to another (Non-BIG) school and be immediately eligible?
I remember when Craig Evans got busted for the weed and he transferred to a JUCO thinking the suspension wouldn't follow him. It was handed down by the NCAA and was still an issue when I beleive he tried going to Oregon St.
