1) Good to see Cox at CB. Not surprised there as he needs to be on the field and so does Montae Nicholson.
2) Hicks or Colquhoun: I think Arjen is the guy you go with. While Hicks made an early splash, I think he upside is not as high. Arjen is bigger and more athletic and in the end I think that could be the difference.
3) That "star" position only has Harris and Harrel. Have to wonder if that is where Drake Martinez can make an impact?
4) MSU has been very fortunate with Trevon Pendleton. I am not sure a player with his skills set is on the roster. Time will tell. It will be interesting to see if a current LB on the roster gives that position a try maybe during bowl practice.
5) The class of 2014 OL: Chase Gianacakos and Nick Padla one of them needs to step up over the next 12 months. MSU took Gianacakos very early in process and Padla was a guy that they focused on due to camping 2 years in a row.
