With the news of Messiah transferring kind of hit me thinking, “Man that guy was a ring leader for a very talented class and now he’s leaving!” I wish Messiah the best of luck in his future. He won’t be able to transfer to any B1G school as well as any opponent that MSU faces over the next 2 yrs. He will likely be a coveted transfer prospect given his high ceiling, athleticism, and great tape from HS/Elite 11.

Given we’ve lost quite a few players from that recruiting class, not surprising if we see more attrition for guys that see the writing on the wall that they might not see substantial playing time in their remaining yrs at MSU. This is disappointing but is a very serious reality in CFB. Could bring in plenty of talent but if they don’t develop into the best player at their position and younger guys pass them up this will happen.
