Briggs was outstanding at the Rivals camp on Sunday.
MSU isn't regarded as a favorite at this point, but news circulating around the camp had it that Briggs could fall through the cracks a bit, as he is in no hurry to expedite his recruiting proccess while perceived favorites such as OSU and ND appear to be moving forward, possibly without him.
MSU thinks enough of its chances with him that Spartan coaches stopped in to see him more than once during spring evaluations. Briggs visited MSU in the fall of 2016, but didn't make a return trip last season. It will be interesting to see if MSU can get him back on campus in the future. He's such a dominant performer and colorful personality that it's worth keeping tabs on him, just in case:
