Class of 2027 Orchard Lake St. Mary's (Michigan) four-star wide receiver Chad Willis grew up learning about some of the history of Michigan State football, thanks to his family connections.
So, when Willis took a visit to East Lansing this past Saturday and was extended a scholarship offer from head coach Jonathan Smith and wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins, it meant a lot to him to have an offer in hand from another in-state school.
"I'm grateful for the offer and they are definitely in consideration," Willis said about the Spartans.
