All, I need help. I've been a loyal customer of the Graduate EL since they opened last year and have stayed there for every football weekend plus basketball trips.
My mom is in her 90's and ill and is having a medical procedure this week.
I met with the GM of the Graduate EL on 9/22 to discuss my situation. She volunteered that since this was a family medical emergency that she would cancel my reservation for the OSU weekend and refund the significant prepayment on my AMEX.
To date, I have contacted her in a highly professional and polite manner between 12-15 times via phone / text asking her to cancel and issue the AMEX refund. She has refused to accept my phone calls, return my texts or VM's. She's been on property this entire time. She did cancel my reservation - and she re-listed the room I had reserved for $750 per night (lol).
I'm working with AMEX on the issue. But I feel that the executive team at the Graduate Hotels brand or their owner AJ Capital Partners need to be made aware of the customer service "issue".
I know that the President of AJ Capital is a Spartan, but do not have his contact info.
If anyone can private message me a contact at the Graduate or AJ Capital it would be greatly appreciated. And if you do not have a contact but know the email configuration for the Graduate or AJ Capital that would be very helpful as well.
