MSU should have a copy of the Police report. Maybe the report is so bad that we need to keep the players suspended. I highly doubt that.
So the next step is go IMMEDIATELY to the B1G office. Give them the police report if they don't already have it and tell the B1G office they recommend X number of players, who have already served a 2 game suspension be lifted off of the suspension, with the blessing of the B1G, given the circumstances. Any players who do not, in Haller's and Tucker's opinions that deserve further suspension will be kept on it.
The only entities that can actually suspend MSU players are MSU and the B1G. The police have no say in it.
The B1G should weigh in on other suspensions, such as um players getting 1 game for throwing a punch, so the the B1G can give the situation cover and justice.
