Going through the game again, I am arriving at two opinions on who's improved and who's not improved at this point.
Improved: Joel Heath. One of the most improved guys on the team. He was a consistent force in all aspects. Plus player.
Not Improved: My guy RJ Williamson. Just not seeing the improved speed he was going for. He seemed late in arriving to help on the deep ball that beat Edmondson and the one that beat Cox (but the WR dropped). Those passes were in the air a long time. Seemed like a safety playing a deep half should be able to get to the scene quicker than that. Rewinding and looking at it again, he isn't showing National Championship speed on those plays.
