I have not seen any discussion of this, but Hall started, played 3 minutes, and then did not play again. I did not watch the post-game press conference, but I heard that he was not mentioned. Did anyone see or here anything as to why he did not play?

Injury? Illness? Doghouse? Got lost on the way to the rest room?
