Mel Tucker has provided a statement in response to Michigan State's notice of intent served to him yesterday. He makes clear he finds the investigation into him and decision to terminate his employment to be unfairly biased against him and he insinuates an intent to pursue legal action. He also claims he filed for medical leave before the letter was created.
