Meyers OWI vs. 2 Kings alcohol charges

I do t get it. Kings had a DUI and then drunk and disorderly conduct and Meyers is punished disproportionately harsh for OWI.

Anyone know details? Was someone hurt? Drugs?

Seems like Kings should've been dealt with more harshly than Meyers
