Michigan State has picked up a transfer portal commitment from Valdosta State wide receiver Rodney Bullard. He visited on Sunday, Jan. 5 and Monday, Jan. 6.
He recorded 85 receptions for 1,567 yards (18.4 yards per catch) and 19 touchdowns over the past two seasons with the Blazers.
