Just heard the Texan's media guru, John McClain breaking down Houston's OTAs. McClain spent a decent amount of time talking up Mumphry. According to McClain, the coaches really liked the precise routes Mumphry ran, the excellent hands he showed and the fact that he was much faster on the field than the 4.55 time he clocked at the combine.
Bottom line is Mumphry is off to a very good start.
I remember watching some tape of MSU's fall camp last year, and man, the guy that really stood out physically was Mumphry. The guy is put together.
