We won't see much of this ...
- Three tight ends on first down.
- A classic I formation with tailback and fullback.
- A predictable offense on first down.
- Slow moving plays.
- Max protect passing plays with just two receivers in passing routes.
- More up tempo quick developing plays more often than last year.
- More Ohio State like quick bubble screens out of three and four WR sets.
- More distance between the OL guys. Not packed in shoulder to shoulder.
- Better run and pass blocking due to zone blocking and Coach Bollman ... plus all bigger and more experienced OL guys.
- Play action on first down more often ...early in the game.
- Quick passes out of the Pistol behind the line of scrimmage to backs running diagonal routes.
- More successful running plays with 3 WR and a TE set up as a Wing back.
