2017 four-star QB Ryan Kelley from Chandler (Ariz.) Basha tells me Michigan State has offered. Brad Salem is the lead recruiter and the Spartans have been in on the Rivals250 prospect since seeing him this past spring.
I saw Kelley last week at the Arizona State camp and he was easily the best prospect in attendance, showing great touch on the deep ball, the accuracy on underneath routes but also the anticipation to fit balls into tight windows.
