OK, starting to panic....need help

I am in Mexico for work.......originally thought the game would be on ESPN so I thought it would be easy to find a bar with the game...but its on ABC.....so I D/Led the watch ABC app to my ipad....but it requires location services to be turned on and ABC will not stream in Mexico (I use a VPN, but location services overrides VPN trickery). So tried my laptop, again with the "ABC will not stream in Mexico" and I cant' install software onto my companies laptop (VPN). Been trying for 1.5 hours to find a work around and have come up empty.

So long story short.....Cant watch on me laptop or IPAD...

Anyone got a ideas here.....
