OL Recruiting Question

How many OL is MSU taking this year? I've read that the number is five. However, I'm playing general manager in my spare time, and think the number should be more. I'm not entirely clear on the Covid extra year rules for this and coming years, but if all those listed as "Senior" on the roster: Brown, Carrick, Duplain, Horst, and Samac (also soon-to-arrive Greene) exhaust eligibility this year, then there would be only five returning OL plus the four in the '22 class and (presumably) five in the '23 class. That's only 14 scholarship dudes.

With 85 scholarships and 22 starting positions (excluding special teams) there are nearly four spots (3.86) per position. I know positions depend on formations, but the OL has five positions, so I'd allocate about 20 spots for the O-Line, not 14. It just seems the numbers are considerably short of goal especially for project positions. And given how many highly talented recruits visiting and engaged, wouldn't taking more than five seem prudent?

Looking for constructive thoughts.
