It was my observation that those who stayed were the ones who came to the game with rain gear.
Those who didn't have the gear were much more likely to leave, if they couldn't get refuge under the upper deck.
Comes down to gearing up, in my opinion.
And don't listen to weather forecasts. (Well you can listen to them, but bring rain gear anyway).
[By the way, are there any rain ponchos available for sale at the game? I know it's impossible to have 70,000 available for sale. But were there any for sale?]
