I believe that in MSU’s first class, four students volunteered to join the US army in the Civil War. One died in a major battle, maybe Gettysburg? Anyway, the point is, MSU has a stellar beginning right from its very beginning.
On Veterans Day, let us remember MSU’s first veterans.
