Does anybody really believe that Joe did not know this was going on for a long time---and then confronted with actual a sighting and he simply passes it on--as a person of authority totally abdicates his legal responsibilities. Sorry but I thought sports was to build character of these kids let alone protect a safe environment---he is a Hall of Famer?---State of Penn is still in denial while the kids remain scarred. Oh well, drop the sanctions and fines too--all is well again----hope the chicken is good at the awards banquet.
