OFF TOPIC: Pinched nerve in neck "experts"

Hey guys, any advice. I was told I had a pinched nerve in my neck 3 weeks ago. I first began to notice symptoms about 5 weeks ago. The pain is down my left shoulder and forearm. Have been going to physical therapy for 3 weeks, gone to chiro, gotten massages, pain is still there. Some days worse than others. Pain level ranges from 2-7. Hasn't prevented me from doing too much, just annoying.
