I received my parking refund pretty quickly, but tickets? No. So, I called Thursday. They looked at my account and then issued the refund. Seriously, is this way it should work? I don't think so. If I had not called - when would I have gotten my refund? It creates the impression that there is more to the process than just issuing refunds. In the interest of creating the best impression and goodwill - refunds should have been issued quickly to all season ticket holders. One man's opinion.
