This is all new but PSU just agreed to give a stipend of $4788.00 to every varsity athlete in their 31 sports. Franklin is quoted that he will definitely use this in recruiting. They are #1 in the BIG and 6th in the country with this new amount. This is for the new incidental expenses for athletes above their scholarships. I do not know where we rank or our amount, I was wondering if anyone knows? Could be advantage, PSU.
