I was at the pain doctor today and ran into a fellow 1970 Grad.,
Before I saic much he said something like GD Izzo. He like me blew a gasket at the end of Iowa.
Why are we still screwing up on in bounds play? Everyone knows where the ball is going usually Hoggard in the corner.
How many times has that failed?
That was followed with a rant on why we don't play zone more often.
My response is Izzo has a hell of a class coming in so he's recruiting as well as ever.
What's interesting is how that game has had such a negative effect. My friend who has been going to MSU games since 1955 argued that we had the 3rd best team in the B1G yet have problems finishing. Do we have the 3rd best team? At times it looks like it.
Has the game passed Izzo up? I don't think so, it's his bullheadedness.
