First off, I apologize I couldn't get things going with a live feed. I know some of you watched my feed, but initially i was having issues with the connection timing out.
It was a unique experience covering this event live, because it was the first time in my career that I have seen coaches in a room for a player's announcement. Dantonio, Warner, Burton, and Curtis Blackwell were all there for the press conference. Urban Meyer was there this morning when Mack announced. It was pretty cool.
AWP director Michael Ledo, who was a tailback at Bishop Luers when Anthony Spencer was there said that Robertson is going to be a NFL star some day after he is done with Michigan State. Indicated that Robertson has freak athleticism like Julian Peterson and Spencer.
Also said that Robertson would thrive under Dantonio and Burton, both Christian men with high character that can be role models for his player.
Great day for Michigan State. Robertson is so physically impressive when you see him in person. Gonna be fun to watch him develop.
