It's not like Dantonio's recent success has been built on some once-in-a-lifetime collection of talent. Quite a few top notch college performers like Lippett or Max Bullough have been drafted late or not at all... the NFL seems to be confirming that Coach D has a system that gets the absolute most out of each player.
Again, not a knock at all on our guys or the program, it's just that MSU has been all-time good the past two years (back-to-back top-5 AP finishes are extremely rare in the B1G). Based on the team success, I would have figured there would have been 10+ players picked and a cluster of 1st/2nd rounders.
