I am not sure who runs it but a Spartan stadium I often see a rope being used to keep the teams separated or to only allow one team in the tunnel for at least a minute or two at the half and after the game. And the rope is yellow in color to boot. Michigan can’t do this?
So Michigan does not own a $10 rope?
