Michigan State women’s tennis welcomes six teams for their second home tournament of the season.
EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State women's tennis is back with home action this weekend, hosting their second tournament this fall, the Spartan Invite. The tournament spans from Friday-Sunday, Nov. 1-3 at the MSU Indoor Tennis Center, with all matches beginning at 9 a.m. each day.
The Green & White welcomes Butler, DePaul, Eastern Michigan, Iowa, Northwestern and Ohio State for the weekend, with all schools sending multiple players to participate in rounds of singles and doubles.
While the rosters for the other schools vary, nine out of the 10 Spartans will partake in the action. This is the first full-team appearance this season.
Over 40 players will be placed into a randomized compass bracket for singles, while doubles will have a round-round pod play.
