For Bunkerites that golf there are plenty of great Spartan golf trips available during the summer. Unfortunately, the ones I know of are past so you'll have to plan for next year.
-- Late June, the Central Coastal California alumni club hosts a group of Spartans (this year seven foursomes came) at PEBBLE BEACH. This year Mark Hollis, Casey Lubahn, and Jake Bos came out to support a fantabulous golfing experience.
-- Last Monday in June, the West Michigan Spartans alumni club host the Steve Smith Charity Classic that features 64 foursomes for golf at Egypt Valley Country Club and puts 400 Spartans under a tent to listen to Steve Smith, Tom Izzo, and other Spartans. The event is well attended by past Spartan student athletes (20+ this year) and provides great photo and autograph opportunities.
