Honest question for the hardcore MSU fans....
Is the Michigan Game all that matters to you?
Let me state the reason so people don't go crazy....
To me if you can't win the national championship than everything else doesn't matter in terms of bowls, 4 team playoff etc.....
So I guess my point as a MSU fan in their 30's the season to me boils down to two things winning a national championship which is extremely difficult and beating Michigan.....
If the college football world mandated that MSU could not win a national championship would you rather
go 8-4 with a win over UofM or 11-1 with a loss to UofM.....
Take recruiting out of it and just pick based on what you would want?
Thoughts....to me as much as we play up other aspects of the season it still boils down to UofM.....
No I would not want to go 1-11 and only beat UofM but it basically boils down to beating UofM....
