Class of 2015:
Cassius Peat. MSU liked him a lot. So much that they kept up the full court press despite him committing to UCLA. He was a plan A recruit for Michigan State. Not only am I interested to see him in action, I am interested to see where he plays. Rivals always listed him as a LB, but I think he is all DE. Something to watch is tight end. MSU did not take a TE in the class of 2015 and if they feel they need someone over there Peat could be the guy. Check out his highlight film. 90% is defense, but a few are him catching the ball/blocking.

Class of 2014:
Enoch Smith. Smith was kind of lost in the hype last year as McDowell was talked about due to his ranking and recruitment and Montez Sweat was the surprise guy. Smith was one of the more impressive recruits I saw in the class of 2014 as far as making plays in games. I think he had like 5 sacks in a post-season All-Star game. I know the Spartan staff was real excited when he decided because he was an early commit that selected MSU over Notre Dame. With Beedle on offense and Evans working his way out of dog house, Smith could find himself getting quality minutes as a RSFr
Class of 2013:
Dennis Finley: The class of 2013 is kind of an enigma. You had some guys make early noise like Delton Williams, Darian Hicks and even Damina Terry. But this class is starting to teeter on the "bust" side. Noah Jones, Jalyn Powell and James Bodanis all gone. Guys like Devyn Salmon, Justin Williams and Trey Kilgore have yet to make any real noise. MSU needs 2013 guys like Finley, Reschke, Chmura and Shane Jones to become contributing plus players to push this class into positive side. Considering Finley was the only OL MSU took in this class when it signed, it is important he pans out.
Thoughts....?
