I see several posters asking whether we can lose to OSU and still make the 4-team playoffs. I cannot understand the negative thinking. I re-viewed the MSU-OSU game lat week and believe that we can and will match up with them this year between some coaching adjustments, attitude adjustments and more experience, including the experience of losing that game. I think that Meyer had his team just a little more motivated last year than MSU was and that made all the difference. It will not happen this year. MSU will be the hunter.
Not that it will be a cakewalk, OSU is incredibly talented but so is MSU. It will go down to the wire but there is (IMO) no reason to assume a loss.
Dantonio will have MSU finely tuned and highly motivated.
IMO its time to get rid of the questions about how we can get in through the back door. We can kick down the front door.
