MSU has had great success with the small group and multiple visits from recruits. We start early and it has worked very well in setting up relationships between coaches and players. It also allows players to get to know each other better and form bonds. U of M will host on June 2, 2015 all 9 of its Michigan offers for 2017. They seemed to have learned cattle call activities like the barbecue at the Big House does not work as well. Several of the players hosted are considered MSU leans. They are starting to follow one of MSU's formats for successful recruiting.
