So we all know that MD is extremely loyal to his staff and concerned his loyalty could be his downfall due to his unwillingness to make much needed changes. My hunch is changes are coming but it won't be in the manner most are hoping/ expecting. MDs way has always been to make changes internally which is what I'm expecting for the most part. My hunch is Bollman retires, Staten moves back to TEs, Treadwell becomes OC and MD hits the market for a new OL coach. Warinner only has 1 year remaining on his contract at UM. Granted he's getting $500k+ per year but would love to see them manage that somehow.
