But this man guided this team through the perfect storm this week, swiftly handling a situation about as well as he could by the book with no hesitation, even if deep down he knew he’d love to take a shot at the jackass down I-94.
In my mind they won twice this week. Once on the field, and once for the locker room and program perception.
These guys do not quit, there is youthful talent starting to show, and although Johnson deserves some heat, hats off to Scottie Hazelton for rallying his guys. I’m totally fine if he stays after seeing the last few weeks.
