We are doing wings on the pellet grill and some sliders with brisket my son ground today. Oh, and some sausage. Kielbasa brand beef. Normally pretty good. Looking forward to the boy's first effort at Polish sausage. He's done breakfast and sweet Italian on the Kitchenaid with the meat grinder attachment. Both were successes.
