Folks, a friend of mine has a retained search he is doing for a VP of Sales at a Cloud Hosting company. He often calls me to see if I know candidates in either Michigan or Texas, when he has a search going for high level positions. The twist here is that this one is actually located in Lansing Michigan, and requires the candidate to live or relocate there.

Requirements -

1. 5+ years leading INSIDE sales teams
2. Strong at coaching, training, motivating
3. Hands ON leader, NOT a 'desk jockey' type
4. Working IN the Lansing or Grand Rapids office
5. 5+ years in the 'cloud, managed hosting services' space
