I have a Michigan Concealed Pistol License. The standard period for renewal is 5 Years. Mazi is 21. The big excuse for the crime is that he "Only" was carrying with an expired CPL. If that were true, he would have had to get it when he was 16. Which is Illegal to my knowledge.
