S&C has been talked about in many threads but I thought this was interesting context to specifically talk about Novak. Less than a year ago, the program was pushing him forward even in recruiting efforts. I know a lot of people have (in my opinion fair) questions about injuries caused by S&C and injury prevention but even beyond that, is he a difference maker?
Our biggest weight room warriors seem to come from other programs (Van Sumeren was won multiple belts this offseason, Walker set records the season before). I don't think it's the differentiator that it needs to be (with questions about core competence) and therefore needs to be reviewed (which may yield things are on track - and thats fine).
