OFF TOPIC: Selling my business!

Hi all-
I have been running my own healthcare business for close to 20 years. I was recently approached by someone with interested in purchasing my operation. The price is good, not great.
He is willing to keep me on to manage the company for a couple of years, which is great because I will have certain obligations done in two years (youngest daughter graduating HS). I would like to be free to spend more time in Michigan, especially in the fall!
Any thoughts? Any possible pitfalls? All advice and thoughts are appreciated!
