Trae and Kyra Waynes are giving $500k for the Tom Izzo Football Building (the new addition to the Skandalaris Football Center and Duffy Daugherty Football Building).
As a reminder, this new facility is focused on:
- "player development through performance" with an expanded weight room, a sports science area, and multiple nutrition stations
- "rest and recovery" with renovated athletic training areas and recovery modalities
- an "enhanced social experience" with a new player locker room and lounge.
After his 7-year NFL career was over, Trae and his wife Kyra started Home Grown Outfitters, a hunting guide service based out of Buffalo County (Wisconsin).
